Working at The Vicarage has not been like any other facility…It’s not a facility at all.  It’s a home. It is such a small setting that your able to give better, more personal care.  I feel workplace and culture are wonderful and like no other.  I have never felt so appreciated and valued as an employee as I do at The Vicarage.
